Hello, I’m Lisa
I am a daughter, wife, mom, teacher, and a Certified Life & Wellness Coach. Having taught in the Early Childhood Education field for over 25 years, and now as the parent of three adults, I understand what dedication goes into teaching, and raising confident and resilient young people. Now retired from the classroom, I have embarked on a journey to help others form a love and understanding of themselves and of parenting. By partnering with moms, parents, and teachers, I help to guide you towards greater awareness, as I understand where you are at because I have been there myself. I have discovered what it takes to be authentic and, resilient, and to rise above the hard stuff that life throws our way. This has empowered me to empower others to see their strengths, change their mindset, and feel the positivity that surrounds having choices at your fingertips.
I believe wholeheartedly that all beings deserve to live their best life. I also know that this can only be achieved through having an open heart, inviting awareness in, and loving ourselves first and foremost. I also believe that we can better ourselves at any age, if we are willing to create the space for understanding and feel deserving to do so. We tend to wait for the ‘right time’ to come along to live fully without guilt, shame, or comparison, but your time is now.
We, as humans, are continuous works in progress, always learning to find our best selves.
I want to partner with you to help you find that authentic life that you are so deserving of, and help you, help yourself, to get where you want to go. I will show you how your answers are all within. I have been there, I know.
